Anne Gribbons is an FEI 5* judge, USEF “S” and “R” Sports Horse Breeding judge. She has officiated at numerous CDIs worldwide, including four World Cup Finals, three European Championships, and two World Equestrian Games. 2-day clinic. Riders and "active auditors" welcome to participate.

About the event

Anne Gribbons is an FEI 5* judge, USEF “S” and “R” Sports Horse Breeding judge. She has officiated at numerous CDI’s worldwide, including four World Cup Finals, three European Championships, and two World Equestrian Games. She was the head of the ground jury at the World Equestrian Games in Tryon, NC in 2018 and officiated at the World Dressage Championships in Herning, Denmark, in 2022.

Anne has trained and competed eighteen of her own horses from start to Grand Prix and brought a number of others to FEI levels for her students. Her mentor for eight years was Colonel Bengt Ljungquist, USA team coach. She trained and competed extensively in Europe under the direction of Harry Boldt, Herbert Rehbein, and Dr. Volker Moritz. She rode in ten USET Championships and was a member of the US silver medal team at the 1995 Pan American Games.

Anne served as the USEF Technical Advisor and Coach for USA Dressage from 2010 through 2012. She developed the USEF educational dressage pipeline and guided the US team riders through the World Equestrian Games, Pan Am Games, and London Olympics. In 2013 Anne was inducted into the United States Dressage Federation Hall of Fame. In 2018 she was awarded the USEF Walter Devereaux trophy for Sportsmanship.

Anne and her husband David owned and successfully operated Knoll Farm on Long Island and Knoll Dressage in Orlando, Florida for a total of almost 50 years.
