Clinic with Olympian Christine Traurig

As Development Manager and Chef D’Equipe for the 2024 Olympics, Christine Traurig, has become one of the most esteemed trainers and clinicians in the US. She served as the US Olympic Committee’s Female Equestrian Athlete of the Year after joining the USET Olympic Dressage Team, earning a personal best score, and winning the Team Bronze Medal in 2000. She’s won the National Intermediare I Championships and placed in the German National Young Horse Championships numerous times. 

In 2015, Traurig served as Chef d’Equipe for the USEF at CDIO Rotterdam and CDIO Hagen and was nominated as USEF National Young Horse Coach. Her coaching skills have contributed to the success of international riders like Sabine Shut-Kery with Sanceo (2015 Pan American Games team gold medal), Jan Ebeling with Rafalca (2012 London Olympic Games) and Rassolini, Kathleen Raine with Breanna, and David Wightman with Partous. Traurig has a passion for developing young horses and coaching riders to bring out the best in their mounts.
